I am a trauma-informed Intersectional psychologist specialising in working with indivdiuals from the marginalised communities especially disbaled indivdiuals, LGBTQIA+ Indivdiuals etc. As a disbed woman who is passionate about making mental health accessible and available to all indivdiuals I work in both online and offline settings and offer support in English and Tamil. Over my expereince of 6 years I have worked with indivdiuals from diverse backgrounds between the ages of 18 and 60. I aim to build my therapeutic environment open and conducive for the persons seeking it to ensure authenticity and safety. I take a client-centric, strenght-based approach with an electic lens to therapy, modyfying intervenitons to unique needs of my clients.
