I have a total experience of 8 years in the field of Education & Mental Health Care Industry, where I have served as the Head of Soft Skills/ Wellness team for Caring Minds- Psychological Center & also worked as the School Counsellor & Special educator at Birla Bharati High school. Presently working as a Contractual Therapist at KinderPass Ltd. My educational Qualifications are M. SC Psychology in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Development & D.ed in ASD from Autism Society West Bengal (RCI- B102525). I am also trained in Play Therapy Under Ms Jolly Laha Institute of Training and Research. I have also completed a Certificate programme on Remedial Teaching for students with Learning Difficulties from Madras Dyslexia Association. My interest areas are issues in Childhood, Adolescence, young Adults and Relationships. I have worked with Clients from Kolkata Police, Park Hotels, Techno India Group, Narayana Schools, Kalyani University, Asian School of Teachers & other reputed schools of Kolkata .Till date I have conducted workshops, trainings & seminars on topics such as Stress management, Leadership, Gender Sensitivity, Good touch ‘n’ bad touch, Modern parenting styles, Technology Addiction, Inclusive Education, Suicide prevention and many more.
