As a counseling psychologist, I am deeply passionate about serving society, especially in fostering the development of the mental well-being of children. I find immense fulfillment in my work. My dedication and experience extends to children with of a wide spectrum of needs, ranging from Down Syndrome to Autism and to intellectual, learning and physical disabilities. Through individual and group counseling sessions, as well as workshops and seminars, I aim to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported on their own unique journey towards healing and growth. Moreover, conducting faculty training programs allows me to empower educators and academicians with the tools and insights needed to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. My love for travel and adventure fuels my spirit, enriching both my personal and professional life. Growing up abroad as a child of diaspora instilled in me a profound appreciation for cultural diversity, which I integrate into my therapeutic approach. With a positive outlook on life, I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, always striving to seize the moment and make a meaningful impact. Whether I'm exploring new destinations or facing professional challenges head-on, my philosophy of chasing opportunities and getting things done guides my path towards creating positive change. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a vibrant individual who finds joy in staying active. Whether I'm shooting hoops on the basketball court or hitting the gym for a workout session, I prioritize my physical and mental well-being. These pursuits not only keep me physically fit but also serve as outlets for stress relief and personal rejuvenation and also serves as a source of inspiration for my clients, emphasizing the importance of holistic health in achieving overall happiness and fulfillment.
