I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, and my diverse educational background includes a B.Ed. in special education, PG Diploma in Art Therapy and Marriage and Family Counseling, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, among other qualifications. My academic journey, coupled with practical experiences, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of psychological principles and counseling methodologies. In my professional journey, I have served as a Counseling Psychologist at Sudisha Counseling Center and Wellness Counselor at Accenture( Google Client) in association with Optum Health Care , gaining valuable experience in providing support to individuals in need. Additionally, my roles as a Trainer at Lead India 2020 Organization and Student Counselor at various educational institutions have further strengthened my ability to connect with and guide diverse groups.I am a DEEP parenting coach and have successfully counseled parents to handle their children appropriately. I bring a range of certifications in areas such as Graphology, Suicide Prevention Counseling, and Art Therapy, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and holistic approaches to mental well-being. My achievements include being certified by prestigious organizations like INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS, Asia book of records, Limca book of records, and Bharat world records for counseling. I have successfully trained and counseled professionals, police officials, and students on various psychological issues, demonstrating my ability to adapt to different environments.
