I am a curious, determined and hard-working individual and learner. In terms of therapeutic approaches, I incline towards humanistic, feminist, CBT, narrative therapies, and strengths-based approach of positive psychology. I have over 120 hours of experience in offering therapy and related services during my postgraduate years. I am enrolled in a practice-based M.Phil in Psycho-Oncology program at the Cancer Institute (WIA), Chennai, and offer therapeutic services, psycho-education, assessments, and conduct research under supervision. My career goals are to train myself in trauma informed care and psycho-oncology, and offer therapeutic services and conduct research in the long run. The limited access to mental health resources, particularly that of intersectional feminist queer affirmative ones is a strong motivator for me in this field
