As an experienced and qualified counseling psychologist, I have worked for more than 3 years in clinical, counseling, and academic settings. I primarily work with the age group of 18-40 years and specialise in concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem, relationship, family and childhood issues, grief and bereavement, sexual concerns, body image, sleep, life transitions and adjustment issues. I also help individuals with personal growth and personality development. I strive to empathize with the modern-day youth and their concerns without any bias. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Symbiosis College, Pune. During my career, I have served as a Counselor at IIT Indore, supporting students in their academic and personal growth. Additionally, I have also worked as a Psychologist in renowned Psychiatric and Psychotherapy setups, providing therapeutic support and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. My ultimate dedication is to empower my clients to help them make positive changes in their life while realising their full potential.
