I am a psychologist who strives to make people connect back with themselves. Helping someone to bring back a smile on their face while they decipher what is within them, I yearn to extend myself to the mental health community. I believe being vulnerable is an assertion to find meaning in your self expression. And thus, looking into oneself will give us this meaning. I am the founder of Chithsukha Mind Care, where I offer services like Individual Counseling, Testing and Assessment, Conducting workshops and lectures, collaborate on various topics related to Mental Health and psychology with the aim of psychoeducation and spreading awareness.
